Help with making a .ps2 memory card file? - making a gameshark save for gpsphone

I use a GameShark v3 and would like to make a backup file with A. Eleven players were in the same media for use with a PS1 trigger disc to start it. I know I can have many different formats (packaging. MSF. MD. Max, etc.), but how can a plan. PS2 to save file (native format PS2 memory card), instead of misleading the utility file compression?
